In this dramatic black and white composition, Charles Fazzino pays tribute to Harlem in its heyday era during the 1920’s and 1930’s. People flocked to the northern part of New York City to enjoy the incredible music and the hopping club scene. It was THE place to be seen and heard in NYC and the birth place of so many talented artists. Some even say that this is where the city earned its nickname “The Big Apple,” named after a dance born in Harlem.
